I love working with clients to understand where they’re coming from and to support them in where they want to go.  My most rewarding moment, and the reason I love this work, is right when we’ve arrived at the final destination.  It’s the moment when we can look back and connect all the dots, to see the full journey and appreciate how far you’ve come.

I’ve spent my career working with executives in Fortune 500 companies in cities around the world.  I bring that breadth of experience, and the ability to navigate cultural barriers, to all of my coaching engagements.

Currently, I'm developing executive leadership programs at Google, designing learning experiences to support our leaders in managing and motivating their teams.  In addition, I provide executive leadership coaching, working 1:1 to increase effectiveness and act as a confidential sounding board for critical decisions.

I have delivered executive business communications workshops to hundreds of participants, focusing on the intersection of logical structuring and artful storytelling to help others design and deliver compelling, powerful communications.

Spending 7 years as a management consultant, I've been an advisor to C-level executives, working in the Telecommunications, Aerospace and Healthcare industries based out of New York City, San Francisco and Dubai.

My areas of expertise include strategic thinking, team management and leadership skills, presentations and high impact communications, and emotional and social intelligence.  I am certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and EQ-i psychometric assessment tools, and use them in many of my engagements.  Additionally, I graduated cum laude from Columbia University with a BA in Philosophy. I am also part of the Career Coaches Network at Columbia University - a select group of coaches that support the university’s community.

In my free time you might find me riding my bike through the hills near Silicon Valley, where I trained for the Wildflower Long course - a half-ironman distance triathlon.  Or spending a lazy afternoon with my wife Shawn and my daughter Sophia.
